At Cape Cod Family Resource Center, we help families thrive. Our programs and services are designed to foster connection, build community, and provide families with the resources they need to succeed. Located in Hyannis, we support children and families from across Cape Cod.

Our center is part of the Massachusetts Family Resource Center network – a statewide network of community-based providers offering parent and caregiver support groups and services, school supports, and connections to community resources.

Cape Cod Family Resource Center is a program of Advocates, a nonprofit organization providing comprehensive services for people facing developmental, mental health, or other life challenges.
